So, what’s new around here in Kerala?
I didn’t really tell you much what’s going on here in the last few entries – but actually there isn’t much going on – at least not with me
I’ve been pretty lazy the last few days and weeks, I did a lot of reading, and a lot of writing – for example: I wrote an 82-page autobiography for one of my courses here, and after submitting it other things came to mind about my life, worth probably another 82 pages … I really enjoyed writing it and thinking about the people that are most important to me. It really helps to write things down, because you’ll actually see black on white what’s going on inside yourself – sounds silly, but try it
Other than that I also tried to work on my thesis, but didn’t really get far up to now – only started with some paragraphs about motivation theory, but each time I try to focus on working on it, it’s just a real pain and a struggle … writing about motivation theory actually doesn’t get you motivation …
190. that’s today. it is the 190th day since I left Austria and there’s another 21 ahead until I’ll be back home. I have 9 days left here in Kerala, and a good time of learning about new cultures and getting to know new people comes to an end. Two days ago the students of the final year had their farewell party and it was an honour and made me happy that I could join them and dance all through the night until sunrise
I made some good friends here and I thank God for the protection all-along thru this journey and my time here in India. I can’t thank enough for everything I’ve received here and I’ll definitely come again
God be with y’all on your ways and God bless!
cheers,
Gerhard
